Barb and Dan Weinstock are High School sweethearts from New Jersey with two children, Nicholas age 21, and Keith age 19. They own a commercial construction company. Their dream is to take a year off from work and spend it touring the country.

Dan is a Civil Engineer/entrepreneur and always looking for another business deal whether it’s playing the stock market or investing in the small no-name business of a friend. He’s an avid fisherman and spends his free time with the family or involved in high adventure sports such as skiing, mountain biking, kayaking and hiking. Dan is an Assistant Scoutmaster of a Boy Scout Troop and heads up their Venture Crew leading older scouts on adventures of their own.
Barb is a massage therapist and very interested in many facets of natural healing. She is an avid nature lover and likes to spend time outside, hiking, backpacking, or kayaking. (She has been section hiking the Appalachian Trail for the past few years and some know her by her trail name “Spaghetti Oh!). She loves to read and always has her head in some sort of book whether it’s a medical text, nature book or just a good read. Barb tries to add quiet time into each day for stretching and yoga practice but she also likes her party time with her friends too!
